The house is situated 17 km from Split and 8 km from Omis. 4 apartments of 2+1 construction with separate entrances are on the third floor. Beneath the house is a large beach with all holiday facilities. On the ground floor there is a possibility of having meals (breakfast, lunch and supper). In the range of 2 km there are numerous restaurants, havingfish and meat menus, supermarkets, duty free shops, bars and pizzerias. It is possible to visit neighbouring islands (Brac, Hvar, Solta) on daily basis using a small tourist boat from the place.
Split and Omis are the cultural centres of Dalmatia with antiquities, museums and cultural monuments. Split has a daily connection with the neighbouring Italy, ferry is sailing to Ancona and Pecara.
