The house is situated 17 km from Split and 8 km from Omis. 4 apartments of 2+1 construction with separate entrances are on the third floor. Beneath the house is a large beach with all holiday facilities. On the ground floor there is a possibility of having meals (breakfast, lunch and supper). Breakfast can also be served in the apartment and in addition to this all sorts of drinks and Dalmatian specialities (cheese, smoked ham) are offered on the ground floor and in the apartments, day and night. An own, watched parking lot, own barbecue and garden, telephone.
In the range of 2 km there are numerous restaurants, havingfish and meat menus, supermarkets, duty free shops, bars and pizzerias. It is possible to visit neighbouring islands (Brac, Hvar, Solta) on daily basis using a small tourist boat from the place.
Split and Omis are the cultural centres of Dalmatia with antiquities, museums and cultural monuments. Split has a daily connection with the neighbouring Italy, ferry is sailing to Ancona and Pecara.
