ACCOMMODATION DESCRIPTION
Apartments "Niki" are located in Orij, nearby the city of Dugi Rat (distance from the centre app. 500 m). The apartments “Niki” were built in 2008. The house consists of: ground floor, 1st floor and an attic.
Apartments are located on the 1st floor (furnished in 2010) and the rest of the house is not for rent. Parking place is in the yard surrounded by a fence.
Children may use the area around the house or school playground for playing.
The house is located just 200 m away from a beautiful pebbled beach. It is an ideal place for a carefree and pleasant vacation.
Location:
The advantages of Orij are clear sea and a number of nice and clear pebbled beaches. Not far away, but still far enough from daily rush and large seaside resorts.
In the centre of Dugi Rat you can find a post office, a bank, a supermarket, a medical clinic, a small market, a laundry service, bars, restaurants ...
In the vicinity of Orij, there are attractive tourist centres (Split 15 km, Omiš 6 km, Makarska 35 km) that ensure that your expectations (no matter if it is sightseeing, cultural events, monumental historical buildings or sport activities) will be fully satisfied.
However, you can always relax on the beach and find refreshment in the sea charging your batteries for future challenges.
Active holiday:
If you are interested in an active holiday, there are a lot of possibilities:
- exploring the countryside (breath taking mountains, colorful islands, authentic villages),
- jogging, rafting, canooing, diving, surfing, climbing, paragliding or other sport activities like swimming (10km and 2km Croatian Open Championship), water-polo, beach volleyball as well as popular sports like basketball or football.
Entertainment:
There are a lot of culture events in the sumer: classic music and pop-rock concerts, open area plays, different kind of exibitions, Children's Festivals in Split, Dugi Rat, Omiš and Makarska as well as local events like Fishermen's nights etc.

Apartment prices are given for single day no matter how many persons intend to stay.
Prices include: bed linen, towels, cooking and eating sets, utilities (heating, cooling), final cleaning and accomodation tax for each person. For booking 3 nights or shorter, an additional 15% cost has to be calculated.
Apartments will be free for entrance at 14:00 first day and must be left before 10:00 of last day.
No pets are allowed.
Prepayment (for booking confirmation): 20% of the offered price.
Prepayment amount will be fully returned on already booked apartment if the cancellation takes place 30 days before the date of arrival.
